Sunline Global is searching for an energetic, driven Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about pushing boundaries and taking our marketing to new heights. This role is pivotal in enhancing Sunline's brand presence, increasing market awareness, and attracting top talent, customers, carriers, and drivers. Reporting to the Director of People, the Marketing Coordinator will craft innovative strategies, spearhead campaigns, and consistently drive results through data-backed insights, creativity, and a collaborative spirit. This individual will play a central role in positioning Sunline as a premier choice within the transportation industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with Sunline’s business objectives to build brand visibility and attract top talent and clients.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure cohesive messaging and engagement strategies across all channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand Sunline’s competitive landscape, including trends, audience preferences, and emerging opportunities.
  • Analyze insights across drivers, carriers, brokers, and customers, providing actionable recommendations to support strategic growth.
  • Manage and grow Sunline’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Create and schedule engaging content, monitor interactions, and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and drive growth.
  • Oversee and optimize Sunline’s website, including landing pages and SEO, to enhance visibility and user experience. Track website performance and recommend improvements for engagement and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing events, including driver appreciation and recruitment events, to enhance Sunline’s community presence and brand affinity.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs and ROI analysis. Make data-driven decisions, and continuously enhance campaign outcomes by generating actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • Lead initiatives that promote Sunline’s workplace culture and attract new talent, including crafting internal marketing content and running employee recognition programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role; experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media management, digital marketing, SEO, and website management.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with a knack for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, including social media management platforms, email marketing software, and web analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally.
