Revenue Specialist

The Revenue and Marketing Specialist will be instrumental in expanding both existing and new markets. Who You’ll Work With: In this cross-functional role, the Revenue and Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Director of Operations and Manager of Operations, as well as departments such as business development, marketing, accounting, and revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to oversee nationwide and market-specific profitability, including financial reporting, budgeting, and monthly revenue forecasting.
• Analyze historical financial data to provide strategic insights and inform future performance. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Support the development of business cases for new initiatives, including new market entry, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust spend and budgets as needed to optimize results.
• Utilize data analytics to track and enhance marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Innovate and experiment with marketing tactics to drive revenue growth.
