Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and engaging product listings across multiple platforms, including our company website and eBay. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Catalog Management:
  • Update and maintain the product catalog on the company website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales conversion.
  • Implement strategies to enhance product presentation, including product images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • eBay Listing Management:
  • Create and update product listings on eBay, adhering to platform guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions on eBay to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Utilize SEO techniques and keyword optimization to improve product visibility and search rankings on eBay.
  • Purchase Order Management:
  • Enter purchase orders accurately into the company's system, ensuring timely processing and inventory replenishment.
  • Coordinate with buying team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to purchase orders.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to emails and phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to product listings, orders, and shipments.
  • Assist customers with product selection and other inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement.
  • Generate regular reports on product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategy development.


Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce, product management, or digital marketing is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Bigcommerce, Shopify, eBay) and inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
