Position Summary

We are seeking an innovative and highly motivated Client Delivery Associate who will contribute significantly to the growth of the Binding Minds team. This is an onsite role based out of Bridgewater, NJ office(hybrid, 3 days in office & 2 days remote).The primary focus of this position will be to lead a high-functioning team to hire essential talent to a variety of departments / domains. Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, and be prepared to tackle a broad selection of challenges as the company grows.


Responsibilities

  • Understand full cycle recruitment for multiple roles and define the requirements for each.
  • Work with the recruiting team to source & screen the top talent.
  • Responsible for candidate screening(FTE roles) as well sourcing, recruiting your own leads for client requirements.
  • Collaborate and work closely with offshore team(s) to screen already sourced candidates.
  • Work with recruiting teams to ensure all sourced profiles match the client requirements and filled timely.
  • Manage the candidate screening process for fulltime hiring. This involves screening their resumes, schedule the 1st screen call with the potential candidate(s), carry it forward to interview process; serve as the point of contact for questions and following up with candidates when necessary.
  • Work closely with the onboarding and offboarding team located in our New Jersey site.
  • Manage and own the screening process by addressing and resolving any issues promptly, effectively, and objectively while complying with applicable laws and policies.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 1+yrs. of recruitment experience.
  • Willingness to be hands-on, own your own requisitions, and work alongside the team.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with some formal guidance to set and drive personal and business objectives.
  • Great interpersonal skills, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
