We are a 60 year old Civil Construction firm. Our beginnings are rooted in hazardous waste transportation but over the years we became known as an industry leader dedicated to cradle-to-grave Waste Management and Civil Construction. Recent years have seen further expansion into Environmental Services that include compacting, grading, concrete, remediation, demolition, and reclamation.

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our growing team and help us continue further expand our business

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collect and analyze data that impacts all aspects of job to maximize quality and accuracy of bid in a timely manner
  • Review and compile "take-off" quantities, existing cost history, calculations to ensure accuracy
  • Participate in estimate and bid reviews
  • Competitor analysis
  • Review and report drawings, specifications and proposed project site conditions
  • Analyze alternative solutions and construction methods
  • Analyze and communicate bidding risks and strategies
  • Participate in pre-construction meetings to ensure field operations understanding of scope of job
  • Maintain and support all internal safety, quality, and environmental standards and procedures
  • Manage projects to completion after award

What You Need for this Position

More Than 5 Years of experience estimating wastewater/water treatment projects
