Receptionist


HHM CPAs is assisting a client in their search for an Receptionist to help maintain their office and administrative tasks.


This is an entry level position that is a great step into the corporate world and will provide training and mentorship to grow your skillset.


This client is in the oil industry and has been in the Chattanooga community for over 30 years.


Onsite only, no remote opportunities.

Position Description:

  • Review driver log books verifying all daily deliveries are listed and the proper paperwork including invoices and B.O.L.’s (Bill of Lading) are attached.
  • Post daily sales invoices and B.O.L.’s through industry specific software.
  • Email or fax invoice’s to customers after billing.
  • Print supplier’s invoice(s) from their website daily.
  • Match supplier’s invoice(s) to the B.O.L. and enter into payables daily.
  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers.
  • Performs customer service duties such as answering the telephone and helping walk-ins.

Experience and training:
