Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager with extensive experience in media buying *GOOGLE, operations management, CRM management, data analysis, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, TikTok, Reddit, Meta, etc. and will be adept at driving growth and improving ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage media buying campaigns on Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal performance and budget allocation.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Oversee daily marketing operations, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project management and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on media buying and digital advertising.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other major advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
