Our client is a precision engineering, manufacturing, and machining company focused on the design and manufacturing of mission critical components for the energy, defense, and heave industrial industries.



So, what will you be doing as Maintenance and Safety Manager?

-Provide a clear sense of direction for Maintenance and Safety teams

-Develop and implement metrics that effect safety, delivery, cost, and quality

-Communicate issues and provide corrective plans or solutions

- Evaluate staffing to ensure team needs are met

-Drive compliance with all HSE policies and procedures; Audit facility compliance


What you will need to be successful:

-AS in Engineering, Operations, or another applicable field

-7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations/maintenance

-5+ years of experience in maintenance/safety leadership

-Prior experience with CNC and PLC

-Prior experience with the development of a preventative maintenance program

-Thorough safety experience (OSHA-10 or OSHA 40)


Also considered a plus:

-BS or MBA

-Experience in a machining or fabrication environment

-CRMP or MMP certification

-Prior experience with Profit and Loss statements
