Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Build and manage backlinks to increase site authority and drive organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, etc.

Product Hunt Operations:

  • Lead the operational efforts on Product Hunt, ensuring new features are well-promoted and can rank highly during launches.
  • Engage with the Product Hunt community to foster interest in our platform.

Social Media & Forum Marketing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote RentalBuddy.ai on Xiaohongshu, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content to attract students and young professionals, driving app downloads and conversions.
  • Manage community engagement, respond to comments, and increase social media followings.

Partnership Development:

  • Establish partnerships with relevant websites, influencers, and communities to expand our reach.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities with landlords and property management companies to encourage them to list on RentalBuddy.ai.
  • Build long-term business relationships to increase the number of properties listed on the platform.
  • Brand Awareness:Lead branding initiatives across multiple channels to enhance visibility and credibility.
  • Create compelling campaigns that appeal to our target audiences, including students, young professionals, landlords, and property management companies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO, backlink generation, and social media marketing.
  • Experience with Product Hunt operations and feature launches.
  • Familiarity with promoting on Xiaohongshu, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
  • Passion for the rental market and understanding of student/young professional housing needs is a plus.
