Job Description:

As a Reverse Logistics and Fulfillment Analyst, you provide reporting, investigation, and developing change plans. You will also maintain and update key fulfillment data and provide analytical and metrics support to the group you assist. Additional responsibilities will include creating and updating certain process documentation, auditing key processes and managing and correcting errors from Fulfillment systems.


Essential Functions:

  • Fulfillment & Reverse Logistics:
  • Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing carriers, parcel/LTL
  • Basic understanding of reverse logistics including customer outreach, collection, rework and recycling
  • Review of order status and inventory transactions in Oracle
  • Management of global reverse logistics vendor in AMER, EMEA and APAC
  •  Lead meeting with 3rd party provider weekly / monthly to discuss issues and analyze business metrics
  •  Lead monthly meeting to discuss global issues with the reverse logistics program
  •  Daily communication to resolve cross-functional escalations
  •  Analize various reports to determine resolution action on outstanding returns
  •  Review Monthly billings for invoice accuracy
  •  Review Monthly duty charges and provide confirmation to Finance
  •  Keep track of Global Monthly spend and provide data to the Reporting team


Education & Experience:

  • Three (3) or more years' experience required with logistics focus. Reverse Logistics/Product Returns experience preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills. Excel, Word
  • Experience with Oracle completing inventory transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects is required.
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree, or equivalent experience in a Logistics, and/or Supply Chain environment.
