The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, communication, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns that align with company's goals and objectives, with a focus on increasing brand awareness and driving lead generation.
  • Oversee all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement across various platforms.
  • Ability to create and manage all marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and other collateral materials to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the marketing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee Facebook ads campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization to drive optimal results and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support business objectives and drive growth.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, provide regular reporting to senior management, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, social media, and digital advertising, and apply relevant knowledge to continuously improve marketing efforts.
  • Present to management overall marketing efforts for advisors, internal programs, and sales recruiting efforts.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in a leadership capacity, with a focus on social media management, brand awareness, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing materials and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with excellent leadership skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of financial services or investment industry is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
