Vaco is looking for a Project Manager to join the team of a local client implementing the ERP, ServiceTitan. The Project Manager in this role will be responsible for helping implement the ERP, training end users, creating documentation, and hypercare.

This is a 6-7 month contract opportunity and on-site 5 days a week in Heath, TX.

Responsibilities
  • Working within the Operation Workflow and Inventory modules of ServiceTitan
  • Coordinating timelines with internal teams and 3 party partners to meet deadlines
  • Ensure documentation and collection of SOPs for system functions
  • Deploy and test business critical system integrations
  • Navigate migration and implementation roadblocks and communicate to leadership
  • Create documentation for workflows, changes, testing, etc.
  • Ensure information delivery to the new CRM by facilitating quality control sessions
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager implementing ERP systems
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or another field service ERP is preferred
  • Experience integrating software platforms with various types and functions
  • Experience working with cross platform integration protocols
  • Experience with project management software like Smartsheets
  • PMP certification preferred
