Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and committed Receptionist who will primarily answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
  • Take and relay messages.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.
  • Greet persons entering organization.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents.
  • Control inventory relevant to reception area.
  • Receive and sort out mail and deliveries.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
