Our client, a dynamic manufacturing company is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to their Chicago Team. This role will play a critical role in leading our recruitment efforts, attracting top talent, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet those needs.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment tools and channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and attract top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus recruiting, and industry conferences, to promote the organization and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection criteria.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve recruitment processes, systems, and tools.


Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with [3] years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting and hiring top talent across various functions and levels.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
