Position: Practice Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced practice manager to lead our upscale surgical aesthetic practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-demand environments, showcasing exceptional leadership skills, and experience in aesthetic medicine, luxury retail, or hospitality. This role will oversee daily operations, enhance patient experiences, and manage a dedicated team to ensure the smooth functioning of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Manage all operational aspects to ensure efficiency and compliance, delivering a top-tier patient experience.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive revenue and expand our market presence.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development. Oversee HR matters and implement performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness.
- Patient Relations: Maintain outstanding patient relations practices to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our clientele.
- Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Manage appointment schedules and resources to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
- Inventory Management: Ensure adequate inventory levels and collaborate with vendors as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards, hygiene protocols, and safety regulations to uphold our practice's reputation. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to develop initiatives and promotions that align with our brand identity, managing a growing marketing budget.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and service enhancements to elevate the practice.

Requirements:
