Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Boca Raton, FL. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing overall construction activities, ensuring site safety, managing resources and coordinating with subcontractors. The Construction Superintendent will also oversee all logistics, including material delivery, equipment and personnel. Collaborate with the Project Executive and the Project Manager to determine and maintain budget and schedules. Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary. Participate in meetings with the team and the client.
