Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage all HVAC and sheet metal project phases, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to specifications.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards while maintaining a safe working environment.


Qualifications


  • Candidates must be based in San Jose, CA, and have a stable work history.
