Responsibilities


  • Oversee all aspects of multifamily and commercial ground-up construction projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Communicate regularly with owner/developer to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures on the construction site
  • Resolve any conflicts or obstacles that arise during the construction process to keep the project on track and within budget


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of Project Management experience at a Commercial General Contractor
  • Ground-Up Multifamily projects are a huge plus
  • Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related degree is preferred
  • Estimating experience is preferred
  • Procore or other construction software
  • Successful track record running projects valued at $10M+
