Job Title: Technical Recruiter


Job Description: We are assisting our top client with a search for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top technical talent to fill various positions in the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. In return, you will have the opportunity to perform challenging and rewarding work at one of the most highly sought after companies in town.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative methods.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job roles and qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiations.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, programming languages, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with remote hiring processes and global talent sourcing.
