Job Description:

Expertise and Problem Solving Duties:

• Coordinate input from multiple areas with assistance from manager.

• Clarify project objectives and strategies, develop timelines and milestones with assistance from manager.

• Develop a preliminary implementation plan. Propose contingency plans to accommodate unforeseen events.

• Able to write a design and development plan as required by QA/RA.

• Translate project goals into project tasks. Define the nature of the stated business or technical problem.

• Resolve current issues, learn, and adjust based on prior results.

• Recognize the broader implications of actions and proposals on the final project outcome

• Prepare and present project progress reports to keep management and team informed. Identify problems and work to

resolve them.

• Analyze date for true causes of problems.

• Accountability/Required Supervision:

• Negotiate schedules, milestones, and resource requirements to meet project outcomes.

• May function as the project contact with third party vendors.

• Accountable for the successful completion of project tasks under direct or matrix control.

• Leadership Activities:

• Solicit the cooperation of a diverse group of disciplines and functions in a tactful and persuasive manner.

• Lead others in the completion of project tasks.

• Assist in the decision-making process.

• Creates a work environment that supports team effectiveness.

• Level of interpersonal skills:

• Interface with other disciplines, customers, internal clients, and project staff

• Prepare and presents written and oral reports and other presentations. Adjusts presentation style and content to suit the

audience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree


Experience/Background


Minimum 1 year To understand systems and procedures. Limited project management experience, with

demonstrated leadership skills on portions of a project or other activities
