Travelling Superintendent

Location: Based in Dallas, TX

May require travel to: South Central & West Texas

Industry: Commercial Construction (K-12, Office, Retail)


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction staff.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Schedule and monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budget requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably with experience in K-12, office, and retail projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within South Central and West Texas.
  • Valid driver’s license.
