A leading Construction Management company dedicated to hotel renovations is hiring a Travel Superintendent. We are committed to delivering tailored renovation solutions to our customers and creating a positive impact in the hospitality industry.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from start to completion. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining the project schedule and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of construction procedures, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR) are a plus.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
