Precision Claim Solutions is looking for a new Office Manager


This position directly supports the Director of Operations. Duties will range from day to day as business needs fluctuate. Precision Claim Solutions is a small business with a committed approach to work-life balance for all of its employees. With a progressive management staff, we pride ourselves on creating a fulfilling place to work.

This position is a hybrid, with 2-3 in office days and 2-3 remote days, depending on the schedule of the week.


Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Office located in Longwood, FL 32779


  1. Professionally manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  2. Utilize JobNimbus CRM to efficiently input incoming assignments and allocate them to the appropriate consultant.
  3. Prepare comprehensive roof inspection templates with meticulous attention to detail.
  4. Confirm all scheduled inspections to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  5. Coordinate and maintain calendars for a team of roof inspector professionals and executives.
  6. Proactively liaise with homeowners, law offices, and public adjusters to schedule inspections promptly and efficiently.
  7. Monitor and stay abreast of accounts receivable, diligently addressing past due invoices to facilitate timely payment.
  8. Prepare and process checks for deposit, maintaining accurate financial records.
  9. Assist as needed in distributing final reports and ensuring accurate invoicing for completed work.
  10. Manage inventory levels and order office supplies as required to maintain efficient office operations.


Required experience:

  • 2+ years in the roofing, construction, insurance sector
  • 2+ years in an administrative role


Helpful experience:

  • Bilingual
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
