Position Descripti

onThe Market Manager for the Texas Market operating remotely from the Dallas Area, takes charge of driving sales, profit, and key performance indicators in a market with approximately 45 million in volume. This is accomplished through fostering motivational communication, establishing clear standards, formulating actionable plans, and ensuring consistent follow-up. Reporting directly to the District Manager, they exhibit unwavering dedication to integrity, people development, and engagement, nurturing a high-performance culture that resonates with the company's Core Values and Winning Ways. Primary Job Funct

  • ionsResponsible for achievement of goals/objectives in Sales, Controllable Profit, EBITDA, Payroll Management, P&L performance, Email Capture rate, Proprietary Credit Card, Ship from Store and Omni-Channel initiati
  • ves.Responsible for leading all company initiatives, including the Playbook by clearly communicating objectives and priorities to the team and working through direct reports to drive resu
