We are currently hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to provide overall financial support and work closely with finance and the management team to help formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.


Main responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Planning and Analysis Manager include:

• Work with the Finance team to analyzing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year.

• Collaborate with finance and management team to develop, assist in preparation and manage the annual planning and quarterly forecasting.

• Supporting decision-making by providing management with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.

• Work with the PowerBI team and Finance to help with support and reporting to the management team.

• Work with management to track the progress of new and different projects within the organization.

• Participates in company projects from the financial aspect.

• Work together with management to streamline processes.

• Provide financial summaries, reports and recommendations as needed.

• Performing ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision making.


Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, in finance, accounting or a related field

• 4+ years of FP&A experience in a midsized company

• Excellent analytical skills

• Experience with PowerBI highly preferred
