Are you a passionate leader ready to make a difference?


iUrban Teen, a nationally recognized STEM+Arts education non-profit, seeks dedicated and motivated individuals to serve as Executive Council Members. This influential role offers the opportunity to shape our programs' direction and positively impact our community and students.


Responsibilities of Executive Council Members:

  • Align with our STEM+Arts programming, Science, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, and the Arts.
  • Seek internship or job shadowing opportunities for our students within your organization.
  • Represent the organization at events and in the broader community.
  • Act as an ambassador for the organization's mission and values.
  • Support fundraising campaigns and annual gala.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Currently in a leadership role in the following sectors: Healthcare, Environmental, Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, and the Arts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Term:

  • Executive Council Members serve a two-year term.

Tax Deductible dues for the Executive Council Members are expected each year and can be paid on a semi-annual or annual basis. Dues cover the cost of Council meetings, materials, and the organization.
