Join Our Team as a Corporate Controller in Alpharetta, GA

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Corporate Controller to lead our corporate accounting team, ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence across all aspects of our accounting and financial processes. This role is crucial for upholding our reputation for quality and trustworthiness in the homebuilding industry.

What You'll Do:

  • with Vision: Guide the corporate accounting team, ensuring timely, accurate financial statements and reporting.
  • and Implement: Oversee internal controls, preventing and detecting non-compliance, thereby safeguarding our company's integrity.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to GAAP, conducting thorough financial statement reviews and policy development.
  • Talent: Evaluate and coach team members, fostering an environment of continuous growth and learning.
  • and Coordinate: Work closely with auditors on financial statements, policies, and licenses, and act as the primary liaison for division teams regarding financial reporting.
  • Oversight: Ensure compliance with tax laws and licensing requirements, reinforcing our commitment to legal and ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. A CPA license is highly preferred.
  • that Speaks Volumes: At least 4 years of experience in public accounting or the homebuilding industry. Big 4 experience is a plus.
