  • Active Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in project management of Infrastructure Programs using MSP, PRINCE2, or PMI methodologies
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrable Program/Project Management experience in the past 10 years within a complex and dynamic environment, with a focus on military capability development
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in the field of Requirements Management and certified in Requirements Management
  • Minimum 3 years in assisting leading teams in project or program management to ensure delivery of high quality, impactful work products on time
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrable high-level stakeholder and communication management experience, preferably in the international environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English as defined in STANAG 6001 (3333) or demonstrate native English speaker background
  • Proficient working-level knowledge with MS Office tools (Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
  • Able to travel to any NATO entity with the 32 Nations (valid passport with no travel restrictions to NATO nations)


Job Description


The candidate will work collaboratively with NATO stakeholders to support the MSIF Branch in ACT, providing comprehensive oversight and methodological expertise for the planning and execution of infrastructure programs and projects. Key responsibilities include issues/risk management, benefits elicitation, and supporting the Investment Committee staffing process. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate the Annual NATO Infrastructure Conference, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective administration of Branch-related meetings and documentation.
