What You’ll Be Doing:

•Compose routine correspondence for customers and dealers.

•Perform mail merges and manage incoming mail, including receiving, sorting, and distributing daily.

•Process payments, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, and handle any discrepancies.

•Collaborate with the management team to create and distribute departmental reports.

•Investigate and follow up on unidentified checks, coordinating with dealers, customers, financial institutions, and servicers.

•Facilitate documentation for internal and external audit requests.

•Handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing information to customers as needed, and managing department voicemails by forwarding messages to the appropriate departments.

•Collect documents from dealers, dispatch correspondence, and upload customer documents into appropriate systems.

•Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations governing customer communication.

•Provide support to Recovery, Repossession & Remarketing Administrators.

•Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

•Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Four years of Customer Service experience.

•Experience with payment processing and high call volume management is highly preferred.

•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

•Data entry experience with a strong emphasis on accuracy.

•High degree of attention to detail.

•Strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines efficiently.

Pay:

$43,890 to $72,420

Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha’s Total Reward program, our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
