Your responsibilities will include preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, reconciling customer accounts, and resolving outstanding issues with clients. You will also assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes and provide support to the finance team as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers.
  • Record and post payments received from customers accurately.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Follow up with customers on past due accounts and arrange payment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree in business preferred; may consider additional relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial role
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
