As the CFO, you will:

  • Lead financial strategy and operations, overseeing all aspects of the company’s financial structure.
  • Ensure strong financial performance by forecasting business outcomes and managing cash flow to meet liabilities.
  • Direct the accounting department, driving quality, performance, and productivity across all financial functions. Lead process improvements to streamline work and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on corporate strategy, business expansion plans, and potential acquisitions. Provide expert advice on acquisition targets, support negotiations, and oversee due diligence.
  • Work closely with legal counsel, insurance brokers, and carriers to manage claims and minimize exposure to risk.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining the company’s business licensing, filing requirements, and regulatory obligations to ensure compliance at all levels.
  • Continuously evolve department operations with a focus on efficiency, streamlined processes, and team-oriented initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Leadership Skills: A proven track record of leading finance teams, driving operational efficiency, and shaping strategic business decisions.
  • Strategic Expertise: Extensive experience in corporate strategy, budgeting, risk management, and business growth initiatives.
