  • 1 - 4 years' of Real Estate Investment's experience from an Investment Banking, Private Equity firm or Investment Management background
  • Excellent academics, minimum GPA of 3.7 achieved at a top-tier college/business school
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Argus, CoStar).
  • Ambitious, inquisitive & a self-starter that doesn't need their hand held
  • Strong technical skillset with commercial aptitude
