Title: Recruiter

Work Type: Onsite in Huntington, IN

Employment Type: 6-month contract with possible extension

Pay: $25-$30/hour based on experience

Work Schedule:

- Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

- Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 or 3:00 PM


Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiter with approximately 2 years of experience in light industrial and manufacturing recruiting. In this role, you will build a robust pipeline of candidates through various sources, utilizing your knowledge of the company and position requirements. You will screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies

- Identify and manage key sources to proactively find viable candidates

- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop search strategies for open positions

- Screen, distribute, and track resumes

- Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to managers

- Follow up closely with hiring managers and candidates post-interview

- Extend offers and close candidates

- Assist with various HR duties
