The company’s services include general contracting, design-build/design-assist project delivery, construction management, and self-performed work.

 

Sors LLC, is a fully owned subsidiary of Integrare Group’s, established to fulfill the self-perform vertical. As such, Sors’ primary purpose is to supply (and in some cases, install) residential interior finishes and exterior envelope work including but not limited to, glass and glazing systems, countertops, interior doors, planters, millwork, cabinets, and exterior envelope to Integrare projects, as well as to other third-party projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email inbox for receiving vendor invoices.
  • Sort invoices into respective folders.
  • Collect documents from vendors (e.g., payment info, W9s, insurance paperwork) and sort them in respective folders.
  • Folder management such as moving from to-be-paid to paid folder.
  • File preliminary notices and update the lien sheet.
  • Invoice and data entry in Yardi.
  • Email vendors with payment updates.
  • Employee reimbursement entry in Yardi software.
  • Enroll sub-contractors in OCIP website and update tracking sheet. Can be trained to read insurance information to update tracking sheet. 
  • Pull Temporary Conditions report per month and sort by date.
  • Pull invoices per report to add to the pay application.
  • Create invoices in Excel and Yardi.
  • Reconcile vendor statements against what has been paid and what is owed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

 

  • Functional knowledge of Excel is a must, as well as knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Accounting software experience preferred, but not required. Yardi a huge plus
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in written form) with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to consistently maintain a high degree of accuracy and a strict measure of confidentiality.
  • Reporting to work when scheduled and on time and always maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks objectively and decisively.
  • Detail and result oriented with ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Dependable, flexible, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to find the appropriate balance between working within a team environment and working independently.
