- Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for process validation and improvement.
- Implement and monitor changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Leverage technical proficiency to introduce automation or technology-based solutions where applicable.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse performance metrics, inventory accuracy, and process improvements.
- Maintain exceptional written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and customers.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Körber WMS Inventory Management System (or similar systems).
- Advanced technical and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, and KPI analysis.
- Experience in last-mile logistics, including container delivery, LTL, and full truckload processes.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a warehouse team in a high-volume distribution center.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
