About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Submanager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading warehouse operations, optimizing performance, and managing teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve business targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse employees, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing warehouse operations.
• Proven expertise in tracking and managing KPI numbers to meet or exceed objectives.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a history of managing and motivating teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
