Client Experience Manager

Tunnel Vision Marketing, located in Pittsburgh, PA, is a rapidly growing marketing and sales firm with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to creating exceptional client experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and personable Client Experience Manager to lead our efforts in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and strengthening client relationships.
In this role, you’ll work closely with senior marketing and sales professionals, gaining valuable insights into customer acquisition strategies, campaign execution, and client management. You’ll also play a vital role in creating seamless customer experiences, fostering loyalty, and driving results for our telecommunications clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing solutions and support promptly.
- Assist in the promotion of our clients’ latest products and services, delivering personalized recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns that enhance the client experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improving service offerings and strategies.
- Lead efforts to generate revenue by driving sales, building referral pipelines, and promoting client loyalty.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold company standards in customer service and client engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on sales or client relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate varying customer needs and scenarios.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving team and company objectives.
- A degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
