Our vision for this position is to provide assistance to the Quality Assurance Department in interpreting written and oral technical data between Japan and TNA. Supporting the department in the compilation, recording and reporting of technical data.


Our vision for this position is for it to significantly contribute to the operations of the Quality Assurance Department. You will be instrumental in interpreting and managing technical data between Japan and TNA and in supporting the department in compiling, recording, and reporting this data.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyzes and records technical data related to quality assurance.
  • Inter daily Tire Building Machine production reports.
  • Record daily scrap and repair data and provide reports to management.
  • Record data and generate reports in relation to uniformity and dynamic unbalance.
  • Run, record, and analyze Return Tire Acceptance, NCF Credit Request, and NCF Mixed Pallet report.
  • Generate reports related to TBM specifications and cure specifications.
  • Support Technical department with IP/ATOM Transfer request, including palletized status and buyback.
  • Record daily cure counts and drum test data.
  • Update and manage controlled documents as requested by each related production and support departments.
  • Confers with QA Manager on issues related to trends in quality performance as indicated by recorded data.
  • Confers with production departments to communicate product specifications and quality trend lines.
  • Confers with management, engineering, expatriates, and other staff regarding quality data.
  • Applies statistical methods to report and/or predict quality results.
