Our Challenge:

As a Java FullStack Developer, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to work on complex technical requirements. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, prioritize and resolve complex problems and escalate as necessary, in a fast-paced environment.


The Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications using Java for back-end development and Node.js for server-side JavaScript.
  3. Design and implement RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices using Node.js to facilitate seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
  4. Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, leveraging your expertise in JavaScript and related technologies.
  5. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of full stack applications through best practices in coding, testing, and optimization.
  6. Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of full stack applications in cloud or on-premises environments.
  7. Participate in code reviews, quality assurance, and testing activities to maintain high standards of software quality and reliability.
  8. Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in full stack development to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Requirements:

You are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, and React for end-to-end application development.
  • Proficiency in Java for back-end development, including web APIs, microservices, and asynchronous programming.
  • Strong understanding of Node.js for server-side JavaScript, including building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices for deployment and maintenance of full stack applications.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


It would be great if you also had:

  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms in the context of web application security using Java, Node.js, and React.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
  • Understanding of serverless computing, cloud-based development, and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
