Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee and manage 5 to 10 active commercial mechanical projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize estimating and scheduling software to plan and track project progress.
  • Coordinate with field teams and fabrication units to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Engage hands-on with customers, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
  • Participate in project design and construction phases, particularly in mission-critical data center environments.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle efficiently and effectively.


Requirements


  • A resident of Phoenix, Arizona, with a stable work history.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on field experience in plumbing, piping, or sheet metal on commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in estimating and scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of field coordination and fabrication processes.
  • Experience in mission-critical data center projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
