We are currently seeking a professional, bilingual Customer Service & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for bilingual customers providing exceptional service via phone and email.
- Handle inquiries related to accounts, payments, and insurance policies, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage payments, reconcile accounts, and perform other essential bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting them in resolving account issues and addressing any concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a similar role, ideally within an insurance or financial services setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
