Requirements:

  • Develop and manage detailed financial models as a key part of acquisition due diligence.
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Finance M&A and Business Development team on all acquisitions, including financial modeling of target acquisitions and pro forma development for new business opportunities (M&A and Strategic Partnerships).
  • Assist in creating deal-specific financial models, working with other functional leaders and the seller when needed.
  • Support financial and operational due diligence of target companies, coordinating with internal functional stakeholders on due diligence activities.


Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Excel-based financial modeling
  • 2-4 years in Investment Banking or Private Equity as a Financial Analyst
  • Open to mostly remote candidate, but must be in the tri-state area and have the ability to come to the office in Westchester.
