BGSF has teamed up with a large real estate and investment organization based in Oak Brook, IL. They are currently hiring for a Financial Analyst II and will operate on a hybrid schedule; 2-3 days/week onsite. Please note they are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of Financial Analysis experience and also has strong experience with NAV.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly NAV calculations and analysis for asset funds
  • Assist with monthly close and financial preparations
  • Handle financial modeling over areas such as forecasting, financing, acquisitions and sales
  • Prepare benchmarking, trend and variance analysis as needed
  • Preform complex financial modeling, analyze the data and develop financial reports
  • Review legal documents, such as leases, management & partnership agreements and loan documents
  • Work directly with the leadership and portfolio finance team
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and keep up to date with financial principals and NAV
  • Work directly with Yardi and Microsoft Excel


Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of strong NAV (Net Asset Value) experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of financial analysis experience
  • Must have strong Excel skills
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required
