As a Senior Financial Analyst, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Serving as a subject matter expert for our financial budgeting and planning systems
- Independently developing financial models using Excel and other financial analysis tools
- Utilizing PowerBI to analyze performance trends and installed base metrics
- Leading monthly reporting activities, including summary financial results for the Board and reporting packages for executive management
- Assisting in budget and forecast preparation, supporting variance analysis and trend evaluation
- Conducting interest rate risk management analysis and supporting the ongoing hedging program
- Creating and updating pricing models that reflect key economic factors for new opportunities
- Contributing to strategic initiatives, including valuation activities, M&A, and benchmarking
- Drafting materials for the Board, management, lenders, and other stakeholders to communicate financial performance and business updates
- Leading cross-training efforts on critical financial systems and tools
- Performing various ad hoc financial analyses as required
To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a comparable role
- Expertise in Excel and financial modeling, including forecasting and variance analysis
- Proficiency in large-scale ERP environments and financial budgeting and planning software (Workday Adaptive preferred)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and structure analyses with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to convey financial information and data insights effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work
- Strong business acumen with the ability to see the bigger picture
- Analytical problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities
- Capability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
- Understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial statements
- A demonstrated record of persistence and comfort with ambiguity
- A growth mindset that embraces collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
