Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Build strong partnerships with Supply Chain and Operations teams to define long-term strategies that address complex global business challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to drive business objectives and support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Lead the deployment of advanced supply chain planning ecosystems to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Technology & Vendor Management:

  • Manage the selection of technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee long-term vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Supervise global platforms like Kinaxis RapidResponse and Oracle EBS, integrated with Snowflake/ETL systems, ensuring seamless data operations and system optimization.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead a team of Business Systems Analysts and developers, fostering a high-performance culture through effective leadership, coaching, and delegation.
  • Serve as the primary interface between IT and Supply Chain/Operations to ensure successful project delivery and timely issue resolution.
  • Work cross-functionally with program management, legal, HR, and finance teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Innovation & Best Practices:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices to optimize system performance and team effectiveness.
  • Implement cutting-edge technology solutions to transform business processes and drive continuous improvement across the organization.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, including Business Systems Analysts, within the context of enterprise applications and SCM solutions.
  • Proven track record of 2+ successful SCM implementations (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, JDA/Blue Yonder, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms).
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry or a thorough understanding of semiconductor business processes is required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-department collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with application integration in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI and Snowflake is advantageous.
