Job Title: Senior Deep Learning Engineer


Techions is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Deep Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in solving real-world challenges by leveraging cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms. The ideal candidate is not only a proficient problem solver but also possesses the ability to delve into the intricacies of ML models and algorithms, making necessary tweaks and adjustments to ensure optimal performance in real-world scenarios. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly desirable for this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ML solutions.
  • Develop and fine-tune deep learning models and algorithms to address real-world challenges, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
  • Dive into the guts of ML models and algorithms, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of ML solutions to ensure accuracy, robustness, and scalability.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, incorporating new techniques and methodologies into our projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on ML models and algorithms as needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms in real-world applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, including convolutional neural networks (CNNs), recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and transformers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex ML models and algorithms, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenging technical problems.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or similar is highly desirable.
