Job Summary
We are seeking an outstanding researcher to join our learning and perception research team. As a Research Scientist, Efficient Deep Learning Innovator, you will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing novel methods for efficient deep learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and develop new methods for efficient deep learning
- Design and implement novel architectures and algorithms for deep learning
- Collaborate with other team members and teams to advance the state-of-the-art in deep learning
- Mentor interns and junior researchers
- Present research at conferences and events
- Work with product groups to transfer technology
- Collaborate with external researchers and organizations
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Excellent knowledge of computer vision and deep learning methods
- Background in pruning, quantization, NAS, and efficient backbones
- Experience with large language models and large vision-language models
- Excellent programming skills in Python and PyTorch
- Hands-on experience with large-scale model training
- Outstanding research track record
- Excellent communications skills
