We seek a technologist who possesses an outstanding record of professional technical software development experience with a reputation for delivering innovation in a complex and fast-paced environment. A strong developer, with a passion and drive aligned with the mission of the company, this individual will have experience quickly learning new technologies and software languages to effectively grow and add value both internally at Virsys12 and externally with our clients. A candidate would ideally be working as a Salesforce Developer or Architect in a consulting organization with Solution/Technical Salesforce.com architecture and development experience and knowledge. The candidate must be Salesforce.com Certified. An ideal candidate will be an analytical technology professional who is driven to leverage Salesforce.com technology in innovative ways to create value for the Organization’s clients and their customers. He/She will work to foster an environment where innovation becomes an integral and differentiating component of organizational culture and brand.


RESPONSIBILITIES

An ideal candidate will be a Salesforce.com developer with strong competencies in the Salesforce.com software development stack. Experience is healthcare is preferred. The ideal candidate’s responsibilities and accountabilities will also include the following:

- Collaboration: Establish good working relationships with the Virsys12 team and clients.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Apex and Visualforce custom code on Salesforce.com and Force.com platforms and supporting cloud platforms as needed (e.g. classes, triggers, pages, components)

• Experience implementing solutions with Process Builder and Flow are a plus

• Assist with database and UI/UX design

• Work with customers to understand their unique business requirements and objectives to properly define gaps and customize solutions

• Implement database and custom user interfaces, both independently and within teams

• Analyze and migrate existing client data from various platforms

• Perform testing to ensure the solution meets design specifications and achieves business requirements and objectives

• Maintain effective follow-up to ensure the Project Manager and/or client is contacted in regards to project progress and overall satisfaction

• Provide training and ongoing support directly to customers: report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.

• Maintain a working knowledge of platform innovations, third party integrations, solutions design, and process methodology

• Ability to research and resolve complex problems working individually and within teams


JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Process Builder, Flows, and object-oriented language like Java or C#

• Proficient with SQL and ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, Mulesoft

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Heroku, and AWS or similar apps preferred

• Javascript experience not a requirement but a plus

• Degree in technology or related business degree

• 5+ years’ experience in an information technology/consulting role

• If no other Salesforce certifications are held candidates will be expected to, within 90 days, earn and maintain the Salesforce.com administrator certification (or any technical Salesforce certification).
