Description:

Our client, an Italian Company of printing and graphic design, is seeking a HR Generalist to support the opening of a new production plant in Warrendale, PA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, with a particular focus on operational roles, ranging from general labor to highly specialized technical and engineering positions. The HR Generalist will collaborate closely with the HR team in Italy and the plant manager in the United States. As the role grows, this individual will be responsible for building, implementing, and sharing all HR practices and processes, including training, development, employer branding, and employee welfare. This role requires someone who thrives in a position of autonomy and is fully capable of independently managing all HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses strong problem-solving skills to handle diverse HR functions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, with a focus on technical and operational roles within the printing/digital industry.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of recruitment platforms, social media, and digital tools to source top talent.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and plant manager to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and implement HR processes and practices, including onboarding, internal training, and development programs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the US job market, providing insights and strategies to attract top talents.
  • Promote employer branding efforts to establish the Company as an employer of choice.
  • Support employee welfare initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and selection, ideally in technical or operational roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting within the printing/digital sector or other technical industries.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with HR software and proficiency in leveraging social media for recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of organizational structures, workforce dynamics, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience in medium-sized organizations or consulting firms is preferred.
  • Dynamic, flexible, and energetic personality with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Onsite work schedule required.

Proficiency in a second language, particularly
