We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-growing franchise brand that is disrupting the floor coatings industry. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, branding, digital, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must thrive working in a fast paced, high growth environment and be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously.


Join our fun & collaborative team that is helping to lead Lifetime Green Coatings into the next evolution of growth. This role is onsite in Carmel, IN.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop Lifetime Green Coatings annual content and promotional calendar
  • Design unique and engaging national and local social media content that sets us apart from the competition
  • Design digital assets and offline collateral 
  • Lead the implementation and use of our social media management platform
  • Develop written content for blogs, website pages, email marketing and more
  • Support the marketing team and franchisees with marketing onboarding, ad plan development, training and vendor partner activities
  • Develop marketing training resources for franchise owners
  • Analyze marketing ROI by listening to and tracking lead calls
  • Respond to all marketing related help desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Work closely with our marketing, operations and learning & development teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities
  • Become an expert in our customers, competitors, and industry
  • Special marketing projects and support as needed


Skill Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in B2C marketing; B2B experience is also a plus
  • Experience developing, designing and posting creative, engaging social content including videos
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Excellent writing and grammatical skills including social content, blogs, web pages, email marketing and more
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under pressure
  • Excellent teamwork and time management skills
  • Franchisor marketing experience a plus
  • Ad/marketing agency or similar experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in the use of Google Suite, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and social media management platforms is desired
  • Bachelor's degree
